Here's something else the Auditors should look into...

Has the Land Trust had any financial dealings with other non-profit organizations that it's Executive Director is a principal in.

Here's a short list to start with:

• LOOK UP REACH OUT ENTERPRISES, INC.
• LEGACY INITIATIVES, INC.
• KEY WEST AFRICIANS' MEMORIAL COMMITTEE, INC
• THE HARRY CHIPCHASE SCHOLARSHIP FUND, INC.

In it's financial dealing with other non-profit organizations, did any of them involve organizations in which the Land Trust Director was also a principal?

Since Legacy Initiatives is registered to her home address, that'd be a good place to start. Also, pay close attention to any located in New Jersey and Ocala, Florida.

Also, the Auditors should check under all names known to be used by the Land Trust's Director:
