Large Cash Transactions

Here's another item the Auditors should check into..

Large cash transactions between the Land Trust and the Executive Director's son.

Upwards of $5,000 at a time - of this non-profit's money - was handed over to her son. Supposedly, this was to pay undocumented workers $20 per/hour.

It's been said that, of the $20 per/hour (in cash) given to pay these workers, they were allegedly actually paid only $10 per/hour.

Supposedly, it had to be cash, because these workers - being that they were undocumented - didn't have bank accounts.

Since the son's company wasn't licensed at the time as a general contractor, it'd be interesting to see how these cash transactions transpired.
