By the time this forensic audit is completed, the lack of insurance on BCCLT properties is going to be one of the lesser items of concern.

The larger question - even this early into the audit - is why the Land Trust is so broke that it can't afford insurance. What happened to all the money?

They double-billed the City for the $102,000, so that's totally extra money that they should still have - but they don't. Where'd it go?
